QRLocker is completely free to use and does not require you to create an account. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you encode into a QR code is lawful and that you have the right to use it.
QRLocker is 100% free. There are no fees, no subscriptions, no one-time charges, and no premium tiers. You can create and download QR codes at no cost.
Because the Service is free, there are no payments, charges, or refunds associated with QRLocker. If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QRLocker and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service, including your QR codes and associated branding materials.
QR codes generated through our Service belong to you. You are granted a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your QR codes for any lawful purpose.
We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. QR codes you generate are static and continue to work independently of our Service once downloaded.
In no event shall QRLocker, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
